Special General Meeting and Annual General Meeting

Members of the Ontario PC Party are invited to attend a Special General Meeting and the Annual General Meeting for the Hamilton East – Stoney Creek Ontario PC Association.
When: Special General Meeting will begin at 10:00 AM, on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2024, the AGM will follow at its conclusion. Registration begins at 9:30 AM.
Where: Royal Canadian Legion Branch 622, 12 King St E, Stoney Creek, ON L8G 1J8
Why: In accordance with the Party constitution, the AGM is required for the purposes of electing Officers for the Riding’s Board of Directors and appointing an Auditor. Reports from the President, Chief Financial Officer and Membership Chair will also be given.
Reasons for Special General Meeting
The Special General Meeting is being held to hold a vote to implement a revised riding constitution. Members will be given the opportunity to vote on whether to adopt the new constitution.
Anyone with a valid membership at least fifteen (15) days prior to the SGM and AGM may register to vote.
